Nina Yang was already an accomplished artist at a young age. She has won awards and honors for her work, and has trained at Parsons School of Design in New York City as well as the San Francisco Art Institute. Her area of focus is oil painting. She also has a breadth of life experience with careers as a model, lead singer, radio disc jockey, computer engineer, art director and youth minister. She was born in the Republic of China, and immigrated to Fort Lee, New Jersey at age 17. She graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. She is married and has a son and a daughter. Her family shares their residencies between the San Francisco Bay Area and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area. |
